Most Ridley products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing time: Most orders are processed and produced within approximately 3-7 business days, though some items may take longer during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or due to supplier availability.

Shipping time: Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ridley Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. 

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll help you determine the next steps.

International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or important fees that may apply to international deliveries.
